Can you embroider with a font or motif that is not listed on your website?

Most likely, yes! Please reach out with your request and I will check the possibility!

Can I supply my own blank item to be embroidered?

Unfortunately no, I do not offer this service at this time.

How does the pricing work?

Products are custom-made so the pricing varies upon your request. Transparent pricing is provided in the individual listing for each product, motif, and font (per letter).

Each product has a capped price at which I will not charge more for the customization. You can see this price noted in the individual product listing in the .

Before processing your order, you will receive a proof and quote.

How long will it take me to receive my item?

Current turnaround times are listed on the 5. Order Form page. Please note these turnaround times also depend on a quick turnaround from YOU: the proof must be signed off and the invoice must be paid before I complete your order.
